PRESIDENT
Adam Blumberg brings extensive foodservice design and project management expertise, grounded in a unique blend of operations, construction, and consulting experience. His career spans hands-on culinary training, leadership roles in major hotel casinos, and award-winning design work as President of JEM West. Under his direction, JEM West has delivered hundreds of acclaimed new builds and renovations, earning national recognition for innovative, high-performance foodservice facilities. Adam’s work reflects a career built on deep operational experience and a belief that there is no substitute for hands-on knowledge.
